It’s not what it at first appears to be

So at first glance, this story appears to be a case of a patient mix-up, where the wrong person is given the wrong surgery.

But, no. The lady went in to "have wrinkles removed" and ended up with implants. Why?

Because "Doctors said the woman should not complain as the best way to tighten the skin and remove the wrinkles was to make her breasts bigger."
